Prof. Dr. Anatolie Sidorenko (1953) is specialized in the field of nanotechnologies and superconducting functional nanostructures. He is director of Institute of Electronic Engineering and Nanotechnologies, Republic of Moldova, author of over 450 scientific publications, 42 patents, the editor of 5 books published in “Springer”, Germany, the editor of two thematic series “Functional Nanostructures” in Beilstein Journal of Nanotechnology (Germany), associated editor of the journal “Electronics” (Russia), associated editor of Moldavian Journal of the Physical Sciences (Moldova), member of Moldavian Academy of Sciences, member of Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft (DPG).

Marilena Carbone has MS in Chemistry and a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Rome Sapienza, Italy. She has been awarded the International Association of Advanced Materials Medal in 2023. She is Member of German Institute for Risk Assessment - Tattoo Inks, of the Italian Chemical Society - Inorganic Chemistry, of the American Chemical Society, and is in the Top 2% scientists in 2021 by Stanford University. She is in the International Editor Board of the Journal of King Saud University Science, and in the editorial boards of Applied Sciences, Crystals and International Journal of Molecular Science by mdpi. She is currently Associate Professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy, where she leads the group Startnetics. She has published more than 120 papers in SCI journals.

He is a member of several international advisory boards and has a long standing history of managing national and international projects in the field of materials science and nanotechnology

After an experience in industrial R&D, Bernard Pelissier integrated CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) in 1994. His research activities are mainly focused on material science and surface characterisation. He first worked on massive crystalline growth and MOCVD deposition and then integrated LTM (Laboratoire des Technologies de la Microélectronique) in 2001 as XPS surface characterisation manager. His research interest focused on materials fundamentals studies for process development and contamination studies in clean room. He has been involved in several European collaborative projects in surface characterisation. Since 2005 he is interested in quasi insitu physico-chemical characterisation using vacuum transfer. He actually manages the IMPACT Equipex project “A 300mm quasi insitu advanced characterisation platform combining pARXPS, Raman and ellipsometry using vacuum transfer”, dedicated to studies at the frontier between process development studies and upfront research.
